Resolving delivery issues
Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned during shipping. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time! Here's what to do if you encounter a problem:
- 🚚 Shipped but not delivered: If your order shows as shipped but hasn't arrived yet, first check your order status page for the latest information. If there are no new updates after 5 business days, contact our support team and we’ll investigate.
- ⁉️ Marked as delivered, but you haven't received it: If the tracking shows your order was delivered, but you can't find it, contact our support team. We're here to help you locate it!
