Checking your return eligibility
Before you get started with the return process, let's quickly check if your item is eligible:
- 🗓️ Delivery date: Your item arrived within the last 30 days.
- ✨ Condition: The item is in its original, unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.
- ✅ Where you bought it: You purchased the item directly from us.
If you can say "yes" to all of these, you're good to go! If your item doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria, it can’t be returned.
How to start your return
If everything looks good, here's how to start your return and get your shipping label:
- 🖱️Visit our online return portal. You'll just need your billing zip code and order number.
- 🔍 Pro Tip: You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip that came with your item. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and find it in your order history!
- 🖨️ Print your prepaid shipping label. Once you've started your return in the portal, you'll be able to print your prepaid shipping label. Make sure to attach it securely to your package.
- 📦 Drop off your package. Take your package to any United States Postal Service (USPS) location. It's as simple as that!
What to expect with your refund
Here’s a couple of things to keep in mind about your refund:
- 💸 Refund process: If eligible, once your item is returned, you’ll be refunded right back into the account you used to pay for the item. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
- 💰 Restocking fee: For items that meet our return eligibility, a small $5 restocking fee might apply. You'll see this clearly outlined in the return portal.
- 🏷️ Shipping label cost: The cost of your prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
